This page sets forth the terms and conditions under which Mycozytrip.com (a product of Mycozytrip) provides the information on this Website, as well as the terms and conditions governing your use of this site. By making use of this site, you shall be presumed to have agreed to the terms and conditions we have outlined below and these terms and conditions constitute your binding obligations towards Mycozytrip.com (a product of Mycozytrip). If you do not accept these terms and conditions, do not continue to use or access this site.

We suggest visitors of Mycozytrip.com return to this page periodically to review the most current version of the Agreement.Mycozytrip.com reserves the right at any time, at our sole discretion, to change or otherwise modify the Agreement without prior notice, and your continued access or use of this Website signifies your acceptance of the updated or modified agreement.

Cancellation & refunds Policy

Cancellation of Bookings and Cancellation Policy differs for each Product OR Service. When you make a booking, kindly view Terms & Conditions of each Product OR Service, which reflects the Cancellation, Refund with Booking Terms & Conditions. You can cancel the purchased product or service online on our Website – Mycozytrip.com. If you find difficulty in canceling, you can get the same canceled by calling our customer care team. Cancellation at your request may require a minimum processing time, subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to the type of Product or Service booked & purchased.

There may be full Cancellation penalty on the Products or services booked and purchased, which are Non-utilized or Cancelled after the Cancellation deadline mentioned in the Terms and Conditions, while making the purchase.

You agree to bear the full cost of any booking, cancellation and administration fees for any products or services booked but not utilized for any reason. In some cases, Mycozytrip may charge cancellation or amendment fees in addition to those imposed by travel services providers.

Mycozytrip reserves the right to decline any booking or purchase for any reason and shall not be held liable for any resulting claims of losses, damages or compensation. In such an event, Mycozytrip shall refund to you all unutilized money collected from you for that purchase.

For Bookings and Purchases, which has already been paid by you, when canceled, refunds will be made (based on the Refund Policy, mentioned in Terms and Conditions, while making the booking or at the time of Purchase). For Air ticket, it may take between 30 - 45 working days and for the Hotels, it may take between 10 - 15 working days for the amount to get credited into your account. Refund policy may vary for every Product and Service. The preceding refund timeline is a guide for your reference only and shall not be binding upon Mycozytrip.

If the tour or any part thereof cannot be used due to some reasons the Company shall not be responsible to give any refund to you. However, at its sole discretion, the Company gives the refund based on various factors like the number of participants, the cancellation policies of suppliers like Airlines, hoteliers, coach operators, etc. the decision of the Company on the quantum of refund shall be final. It is clearly understood that there shall be no refund whatsoever if the Client does not or cannot utilize any of the services like hotels, sightseeing, rides, cruises, meals, entrance fees, optional tours etc. due to any reason whatsoever.

Use of Site

www.mycozytrip.com (a product of Mycozytrip) gives you a limited, non-transferable license to use this site in accordance with the terms and conditions of this User Agreement. You may only use this site to make legitimate reservations or purchases and shall not use this site for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand. You shall not make a reservation in the name of the fictitious person. You agree that you will not use any device, software or routine that would interfere or be reasonably expected to interfere with the normal working of this site. You agree that you shall not take any action that imposes a burden or load on our infrastructure. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage acts or omissions that would amount to a criminal offense or attempt to commit a criminal offense, or give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law.

Age & Responsibility

If you use this site, you alone are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, username, and your password/s. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Accuracy of Information

Under no circumstances, we will be liable for any loss or direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages caused by reliance on this information. Products & Services

Mycozytrip is travel and holiday organizers. We do not control or operate any airline neither do control or we own any shipping company hotel or transport or any other facility or service mentioned on the site. We take care in selecting all the principles however but because we select them- we have no control on running them. We cannot be held responsible for any lack of service by any independent agency airline transport hotel or any other service provider.

Promotions / Offers / Schemes

Please note that in case of special offers, promotions or schemes additional terms and conditions of these offers, promotions or schemes will be applicable in addition to these terms and conditions. You might have to adhere to the payment schedule prescribed under such offers, promotions or schemes in order to be eligible to avail benefits under such offers, promotions or schemes. If you fail to make the payment by the due date and/or do not comply with all the terms and conditions of the offer, promotion or scheme you would not be entitled to receive the benefit under such offer, promotion or scheme.

Passport, Visas, Health, Insurance & Travel Documents

It is a mandatory requirement for most of the Countries; foreign nationals coming into the country must hold Passport with a validity of minimum 06 Months. Visa and Health regulations are different from country to country. It is the sole responsibility of an Individual Traveler to ensure the submission of complete documentation and medical requirements to the Country Embassy/consulate they are visiting. Mycozytrip takes no responsibility for any rejections or declining of the Visa issuance due to any reasons. It is advisable that the passenger acquires adequate insurance cover to secure their life health and property. It is advisable that you purchase an Overseas Mediclaim and other Insurance Policies to cover the risk of life.

Visa/Immigration:

Mycozytrip.com is only a facilitator and is not directly responsible for your Visa and Immigration facilities
Please be advised that Immigration and Visa are directly in the jurisdiction of the respective embassies & consulate.Mycozytrip.com or any of its third-party vendors do not guarantee the confirmation of any Visas or related documents.
We advise you to go through the immigration and travel rules and regulations of the country and ensure that you have the requisite documents, transit permits and permissions for your holiday.Mycozytrip.com will not be responsible in any manner for the same.
Mycozytrip customers are advised to check for Airport Charges (if any) at various international destinations apart from India. Mycozytrip shall not be responsible to pay any such charges at various destinations that the customer is traveling to. Mycozytrip reserves the right to decline any booking or purchase for any reason and shall not be liable for any resulting claims for losses, damages or compensation. In such an event, Mycozytrip shall refund to you all the Unutilized Payment collected after deducting the Booking Fee / Administration charges / Cancellation Charges (if applicable) for that purchase.

Third party travel service providers

You may be bound by terms and conditions imposed by the travel service providers for whom Mycozytrip acts as an agent including conditions of carriage, refund and cancellation policies of airlines, cruise lines, car rental companies, hotels, vacation rentals, etc.

Mycozytrip is not liable for any claims against non-fulfillment or unsatisfactory fulfillment of products and services purchased on your behalf by Mycozytrip from these third party providers and distributors, such as, but not limited to, airlines, hotels, tour operators, car rental companies, insurance companies, and other entities. Sometimes, Hotels, when they are in an overbooking situation, they move the booked Passengers to some other Hotel and also with the airlines and other service providers may overbook passengers on their flights or re-schedule flight times, in such incidents Mycozytrip takes no responsibility and should not be liable for any loses, damages that may take place due to the above situation

Warranties

Mycozytrip specifically disclaims all warranties with respect to this Website or your use thereof, we shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of this site or the information on this site.

The content, information, software, products, and services published on this website may include inaccuracies or errors. Mycozytrip, do not guarantee the accuracy of ,and disclaim all liability for any errors or other inaccuracies relating to the information and description of the hotels, air, cruise, car and any other travel products displayed on this website(including, without limitation, the pricing photographs, list of hotel amenities, general product descriptions,etc ..)

Mycozytrip makes no representations about the suitability of the information, software, products, and services contained on this website for any purpose, and the inclusion or offering of any products or services on this website does not endorse or recommend of such products or services by the Mycozytrip. All such information, software, products, and services are provided "AS IS: without warranty of any kind.

Payments

All online payments that happen for any of the products booked via www.mycozytrip.com site are secure. Mycozytrip does not store the Credit card details of any customer in their database or in any data backup system or retrieval systems. Once you are ready to transact you are transferred to the bank site. The card details are captured on the credit card site and not ours hence we cannot be held responsible for any misuse of credit card what so ever.

Privacy Policy

You have read the Mycozytrip Privacy Policy, the terms of which are incorporated herein, and agree that the terms of such policy are reasonable. We try to maintain the privacy of the personal information provided by you. However, it would be necessary for us to share this information with Airlines, Hotels Consulates, Embassies, and other service providers who would be providing you with service during the tour.

Termination & Severability

Mycozytrip may terminate this User Agreement and these terms and conditions and/or the provision of any of the services at any time for any reason, including any improper use of this site or your failure to comply with these terms and conditions. Such termination shall not affect any right to relief to which Mycozytrip and its third party providers and distributors may be entitled, at law or in equity. Upon termination of this User Agreement and these terms and conditions, all rights granted to you will terminate and revert to Mycozytrip and its third party providers or distributors, as applicable.
